Necessary preference storage
We store analytics and advertising choices and their saved timestamp in your browser's local storage under himmm-consent. This is not an HTTP cookie. It remembers your choice and has no automatic expiry; you can change it or clear it in your browser's site-data settings.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 is configured and loads only with analytics consent. Cookies such as _ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and sessions using pseudonymous identifiers. They are not a guarantee of anonymity. The service measures pages and site interactions. Cookie duration depends on Google's service and configuration; see Google's cookie information.
Advertising cookies and related technology
Google AdSense is configured and its tag loads only with advertising consent. Google and participating advertising vendors may use cookies, local storage, pixels and identifiers to serve and measure adverts, including ads based on prior visits to this or other websites where permitted by consent and settings. What loads without analytics or advertising consent
The website and its locally hosted images load normally. Google Fonts also loads to display our typefaces: it receives connection/request information such as an IP address, but Google states that its Fonts API does not set or log cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process operational information to deliver and protect the site. See the privacy notice for details.
Accepting, rejecting or withdrawing consent
Use Accept all or Reject non-essential on the banner, or Manage preferences to choose analytics and advertising separately. You can reopen Cookies in the footer of any page or with the button above, untick either category, then select Save preferences.
AMP pages do not currently load Google Analytics or AdSense, or store these optional consent choices. They load the AMP runtime from cdn.ampproject.org, which receives connection/request information. AMP cookie-settings links open the main site; choices saved there do not automatically apply to AMP or cached AMP views.
Withdrawing a previously accepted category reloads the page and prevents its scripts loading on subsequent page views. It does not automatically erase cookies already placed or delete data already received by a provider. Clear existing cookies/site data using your browser controls if you wish. Clearing himmm-consent makes the banner appear again; choices are specific to the browser and site origin.
Our custom banner is not a Google-certified consent-management platform. A cookie banner or this policy alone does not establish legal compliance or satisfy Google's separate certified-CMP requirements for personalised advertising in the UK, EEA and Switzerland.
